Tom Brady’s Autograph, a company valued at $3.1 billion, is joining forces with Future, a digital fitness platform. As part of the deal, Brady will take on a leadership role, serving as co-chair of Future’s board.

Autograph, co-founded by Brady in 2021, started as an NFT marketplace aimed at connecting athletes and artists with fans. After raising over $200 million, the company shifted its focus last year to tracking fan engagement and rewarding loyal supporters. It boasts big names like Naomi Osaka and Tony Hawk on its advisory board and has backing from major investors like Andreessen Horowitz and Lightspeed Venture Partners.

Future, on the other hand, specializes in connecting users with digital fitness coaches and creating custom workout plans. The merger aims to combine Autograph’s star power with Future’s fitness expertise, potentially allowing users to train alongside top athletes and receive personalized coaching.
